When it was time for one of the year’s most important tech gatherings, our friends at Creative Meetings wanted to create something truly special and invited us to be a part of it. House of Advania took place at Jacy’z Hotel in Gothenburg: a full-day event packed with keynote talks, an expo, networking, and entertainment. It brought together IT decision-makers from across Sweden to connect, share, and be inspired.

From daytime conference to evening celebration – a seamless journey

The day kicked off with inspiration on the Big Stage, followed by in-depth breakout sessions in three themed tracks. Attendees could also explore a mini-expo where we delivered eleven custom booth solutions – complete with integrated digital and printed visuals. When evening came, the space turned into a lively dinner and music venue – and we made sure the tech kept the energy high and the experience smooth.

Technology that supports every moment

At events like this, every element needs to perform at a consistently high level – from early morning to late night. We handled everything from audio and lighting to visual tech, wireless mic systems, and even a grand piano – creating a tailored setup that delivered both function and feeling.
